Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed if we have the item in stock. Dominion processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If we do not have the item you ordered in stock, someone will notify you. Once an order is complete and ships, you will receive an email letting you know the items have shipped with tracking information if applicable. Orders which qualify for free shipping may be shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX at our discretion. Oversized items may carry an oversize shipping charge and are not eligible for free freight.  You will be notified of shipping charges on oversized items at the time the order is placed.  Orders which qualify for free shipping qualify for ground shipping and may not be upgraded without a freight charge. You will not be charged until the order is shipped.  If the "Ship To" address is different from your "Bill To" address, or your order exceeds $200 the "Bill To" customer will be contacted to confirm your order.  The Customer will also be notified of any items which were backordered on your order at the time of shipping.  Please reference the UPS shipping map below for approximate shipping times from Dominion to your address. Sorry, but we do not accept international orders at this time. All shipping times are approximate from the time the order is shipped and do not include order processing times.
