• Items may be exchanged for refund within 7 days of receipt.  We will gladly exchange or issue store credit for items returned within 30 days of purchase. 
• All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
• Customer must pay return shipping charges.  No COD’s will be accepted.
• We suggest UPS and FEDEX to return your packages so they can be traced.
• Please insure the package for the full value.
• Call (804-359-7384) or e-mail returns@dominionskateboards for a Return Authorization number (put on all returned packages).
• No refunds or exchanges will be honored without a valid Return Authorization number which must be written and visible on the outside of each returned box.
• After receipt by Dominion of the items you are returning, we will inspect the product.  Once the items are deemed ok for return, we will ship out the item you want for exchange.  The customer will have to pay any difference in price as well as shipping costs to ship out the exchanged goods.  If you are returning for a refund you will be credited the original price of the item less any shipping charges.  Items shipped under the free shipping promotion will be credited the price of the item less the original shipping costs. 

GENERAL RULES ON RETURNS:

• All clothing must be in new condition with tags attached.
• No pet hair
• No smoke smell
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Shoes must be in new unworn condition with all original packaging intact.
• Try your shoes on inside on carpet and do not wear them if you plan to return them.
• If you need to return your shoes, do not put any labels or tape on the shoe box.
• Use the original box your shoes were shipped in to return them.
• Remember, once you wear them they can not be returned or exchanged.
• Skateboard shoes will not be replaced due to wear and tear.  Only a manufacturers defect will warrant a replacement.
• All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition.
• Skateboard decks are not warranted against breakage or pressure cracks.
• Assembled decks and components cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Only unopened videos will be exchanged.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

All defective merchandise is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.  Decks and skateboard components are not warranted against breakage and/or pressure cracks. Skateboard shoes are not warranted against wear and tear due to skateboarding.  Videos which are defective will only be exchanged for the same title.  All defective merchandise must be returned at the customer’s expense.  Dominion will return the merchandise to the manufacturer. If the product is found to be defective it will be replaced with the same product.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

In the event your shipment arrives damaged you need to make a note at the time of delivery of the damages to the package.  If this is not possible, you need to contact the shipper and Dominion within 5 days of receipt of your goods.  All original packaging must be kept for inspection by Dominion and the shipper.

LOST/MISSING SHIPMENTS:

If your shipment does not get delivered you need to contact  Dominion right away so we can trace your package.
